Training Mission
High-Intensity Training

Personalized Player Development

Training sessions are designed to challenge players in a focused and demanding environment. Each session emphasizes technical repetition, speed of play, and decision-making so players develop confidence and consistency on the ball.
Players train in either individual or small group sessions where the focus remains on development. Group sessions are intentionally organized with players of similar age, level, or goals to ensure training stays competitive, productive, and beneficial for everyone involved.
Meet Coach Diego
My name is Diego Milessi
"I’m Coach Diego, the coach/founder behind MSP Soccer. As a former college soccer/semi-pro player & licensed coach, my goal is to help players improve their technique, confidence, and understanding of the game through focused and demanding training sessions.
I work closely with players to create a training environment that pushes them to develop the habits, discipline, and consistency needed to perform better on the field."

How to Get Started
1
Contact Coach Diego
Reach out to Coach Diego by phone or text to get started. Diego likes to make sure every player is placed in the right training environment so they can benefit the most from each session and continue improving their development. During the initial conversation, you’ll discuss availability and learn more about the training process.
2
Create a Player Profile
New players will complete a short player profile so Coach Diego can learn more about the player’s age, experience, position, and goals. Every player has a profile, which helps Coach Diego keep track of development notes, training sessions, and scheduling. It also allows players to receive reminders and updates about upcoming sessions.
3
Join the Right Training Group
After getting to know the player, Coach Diego will place them in the most appropriate training session. This may be an individual session or a small group based on the player’s level, goals, and availability. The goal is to ensure every player trains in an environment where they can continue improving and developing their game.
